Lab Assignment No.1 - LED's on Bread

a Switch, a Potentiometer, a 7805 5 Volt Voltage Regulator and 220 Ohm resistors.

1.) Red LED w/ DC supply.

2.) Red LED with added Yellow and Green LED's, same DC supply




3.) Red LED switched Off, Potentiometer turned Down



4.) Red LED switched On, Potentiometer turned Down



5.) Red LED switched On, Potentiometer turned Up



Initially, I installed the interchangeable tip of the DC adapter with the wrong polarity and cooked a 7805 or two.
When the smoke cleared, I corrected the polarity problem and Whadya know !, it works.
For lab #1 - You can lead a horse to water but a breadboard must be LED
